  • If we can’t fix it, you don’t pay

    Plans set up on Direct Debit include monthly instalments with no upfront fee

Can I expect a fast repair?

Appointment dates can be as soon as the same day. Typically we will get to you in two or three days. Our engineers carry a wide range of parts and aim to complete the call on the first visit. We will agree on the repair date when you book and will keep you informed by SMS and email (if required).

This repair service is owned and operated by Hotpoint and Beko using either our own repair networks or Domestic and General’s. We use our 20+ years of partnership experience in the home appliance industry to help customers arrange repairs for a range of appliance brands through one convenient platform.
